Innovative Urban Design
One Excellence sets a global benchmark for future mixed-use, high-density urbanism, prioritizing social and green spaces within its expansive footprint. The multi-level streetscapes serve as vibrant hubs, fostering lively interactions between various functions and creating dynamic retail spaces. Departing from the conventional model of isolated towers and imposing shopping malls, Farrells’ design seamlessly integrates towers and streetscapes, fostering a more connected and pedestrian-friendly environment.
Architectural Features
The development comprises four office towers, including a striking 300-meter landmark tower and iconic 180-meter gateway towers, alongside two residential towers. These structures not only meet the high demand from buyers and tenants but also play a pivotal role in shaping Shenzhen’s evolving skyline. Architectural highlights such as an iconic gateway canopy, residential clubhouse, and feature skylights enrich the public spaces, adding character and purpose to the urban fabric.
